Franchise Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms

Payments Terms

·        You will have to use royalnatii.com name for advertising.

·        Working under the brand name will give you good exposures in the market.

·        royalnatii.com may provide advertisements in local newspapers to generate Business, online Marketing and/or telemarketing.

·        Required Training Support will be provided by the Company to Run the Business efficiently at No Extra Cost to the Franchisee as required.         

·        Franchisee get Revenue share (Based on tariff plan) from the business generated by them every month.

Terms & Conditions

·        royalnatii.com reserves all rights to terminate the Franchisee without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the deposit shall be refunded.

·        By Applying & Registering with jodimate.com you should be following the business model given by jodimate.com. So sharing of intellectual property, Data, Business model, Logistics is not allowed.

·        As a Franchisee, you are ONLY allowed to register profiles and not provide any contact information of other royalnatii.com members; Paid member can contact online.

·        Franchisee will be working under the name of royalnatii.com, so you are not allowed to run another franchisee of matrimonial service till you are with us and in any kind of business agreement with any of our competitors for online matrimonial or related activities.

·        Franchisee should not pass on any information to other agencies which is detrimental to business of royalnatii.com

·        royalnatii.com may appoint any number of Franchisees as required on business considerations which may include the territory/area/locality same as your operation.

·        As a Franchisee, you may collect payment from the customers in cash, Money Order, Cheque or DD, subject to the condition that you shall immediately issue proper receipt in your name, for every such payment.

·        You will submit Accounts to Head Office every day.

·        Over pricing of the services shall not be accepted. By registering with us you are not allowed to charge any amount in excess of what is offered/specified by us.

·        You may offer additional discounts at your end in your sole preference. If there are any changes in prices we will notify you.

·        If it comes to our notice that you have misused the name of royalnatii.com or any information related to it then we will take proper action against it.

·        Disputes and claims arising out of this Agreement shall be referred for arbitration before a sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue of arbitration will be at Mumbai.

·        Franchisee will have to work as per terms and conditions slated by jodimate.com from time to time.

·        royalnatii.com holds the right for changing this operating agreement from time to time.

·        Franchisee can do advertisements through various advertisements mode such as Newspapers, Radio channels, Cable Connection or Listing in magazines. But it should be first intimated & approved by royalnatii.com about content and format.

·        All technical issues will be handled by jodimate.com. You will have to bear with us, if any technical problems arise (whose chances are very less).

·        royalnatii.com keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the service provided.

·        While registering Members under you, Members should know that their profiles will be listed on royalnatii.com Site.

·        Franchisee will have to give proper service to their Members. They will have to demonstrate the working of royalnatii.com’s Site to their Members at least once in proper way.

·        You will be solely responsible to customers for any money claims.

·        royalnatii.com Matrimonial Services remains the final decision maker for any disputes.

·        Franchisee can terminate his/her with Franchisee, if he/she doesn't want to continue his/her activity concerning royalnatii.com, by giving one month intimation to that effect.

·        Franchisee charges paid are non – refundable.

·        Prior written permission must be taken from royalnatii.com before doing other activities not mentioned above.
